Andrzejczak Visits Nurseries & Winery in Burlington & Monmouth Counties as Part of Agricultural Tour

(TRENTON) – Assemblyman Robert Andrzejczak (D-Cape May, Atlantic & Cumberland), who chairs the Agriculture & Natural Resources Committee, will take his agricultural tour to Burlington and Monmouth counties on Wednesday, where he will meet with business owners to hear first hand about the issues facing the state’s agricultural industry and how the Legislature can help.

“I have enjoyed visiting different agricultural businesses throughout the state. The meetings have been informative and productive. We are going right to the source, talking to farmers and business owners to get a better understanding of their needs, and how we in the Legislature can help these businesses meet those needs,” said Andrzejczak. “New Jersey has a notable agricultural history. These businesses are helping keep it alive. It is important not just for history’s sake, but for the state’s economical well-being that we make the decisions that will help these businesses continue to grow.”

The purpose of the tour series is to help members of the committee get a better understanding of the specific issues facing New Jersey farmers and what it will take to ensure they are successful.

Andrzejczak will visit the following agricultural sites tomorrow:

  • · 11 AM – Pinelands Nursery & Supply, 323 Island Rd, Columbus, NJ 08022

  • · 12:30 PM – Pleasant Run Nursery, 93 Ellisdale Rd, Allentown, NJ 08501

  • · 1:45 PM – Cream Ridge Winery, 145 County Road 539, Cream Ridge, NJ 08514
