(CAMDEN) – The Assembly Budget Committee will hold a public hearing in Camden Tuesday on the proposed state budget for the fiscal year that starts July 1.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Camden County College Technology Center at 601 Cooper St. in Camden.
Tuesday’s hearing focuses on public safety, economic development, transportation, environment, arts, history and cultural issues, but testimony on any other subject is also welcome.
This will be the second of three public hearings held by the Assembly Budget Committee. An additional hearing is set for April 9 in Newark.
