(TRENTON) – The Assembly Budget Committee will hold a public hearing Tuesday on the proposed state budget for the fiscal year that starts July 1.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. in Committee Room 11 on the 4th Floor of the State House Annex off West State Street in Trenton.
Tuesday’s hearing focuses on health, human services, senior citizen and family and children’s issues.

This will be the first of three public hearings held by the Assembly Budget Committee. Additional hearings are set for March 19 in Camden and April 9 in Newark.
