The Assembly Budget Committee will meet Wednesday to hold its first public hearing on the proposed state budget for next fiscal year. The meeting will be at 9:30 a.m. at Montclair State University’s University Hall Conference Center on the 7th Floor. The center is at 1 Normal Ave. in Montclair.
