Assembly Higher Education Committee to Meet at Rowan University to Take Testimony on College Affordability Reform

(GLASSBORO) – The Assembly Higher Education Committee will meet Wednesday at Rowan University to hear more testimony on a 20-bill higher education reform package introduced by Assembly Democrats Celeste Riley and Joseph Cryan.
The hearing will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Chamberlain Student Center in Room 221. The center is at 201 Mullica Hill Road at the university in Glassboro.
Issues to be discussed at the hearing include, but won’t be limited to, higher education affordability, accountability, college readiness, degree attainment, graduation rates, need for remedial instruction, dual enrollment and reverse transfer agreements.
