Assembly Transportation Panel to Look into Condition of N.J.’s Transportation Infrastructure Following Hurricane Sandy

Testimony Expected from NJDOT, NJ Transit, Turnpike Authority & South Jersey Transportation Authority

(TRENTON) — The Assembly transportation panel will meet at 10 a.m. Monday to discuss the condition of New Jersey’s transportation infrastructure system following Hurricane Sandy with leading state transportation agencies.

The panel chaired by Deputy Speaker John Wisniewski (D-Middlesex) will hear testimony from the Department of Transportation, NJ Transit, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority and the South Jersey Transportation Authority.

The public is also welcome to testify.

The hearing will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10 in Committee Room 11 on the 4th Floor of the State House Annex in Trenton.
