The Assembly Budget Committee will meet Wednesday to hold its first public hearing on the proposed state budget for the next fiscal year.
The meeting will be at 9:30 a.m. at Montclair State University, University Hall Conference Center, Seventh Floor, 1 Normal Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07043.
