Combating Wage Theft, Gender Pay Equity, Disability Rights, Jitney Safety, Domestic Violence Protections & Ensuring Contamination Settlement Money Goes toward Environmental Purposes Top Monday Assembly Session

(TRENTON) – The Assembly on Monday will consider, among other bills, legislation to combat wage theft by employers, promote gender pay equity, improve protections for individuals with disablities, enhance jitney safety, provide protections for domestic violence victims and ask voters to amend the Constitution to require money received through environmental be used for environmental purposes.
