The Assembly will meet Thursday to vote on a host of bills including one that would establish a task force to consider full-day kindergarten in the Garden State, a package that would help active duty military and veterans avoid foreclosure, and a number of bills that would crack down on various crimes, including cyber harassment and the practice known as “upskirting.”
