(TRENTON) – Speaker Craig Coughlin (D-Middlesex) issued the following statement on the appointment of Khalid Anjum to the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority:
“Khalid’s extensive knowledge in managing, engineering, and planning transportation and public works projects will further propel the work of the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund.
“He has successfully overseen many transportation projects in Middlesex County including the design of the North Brunswick Train Station. As Chief Innovation Officer, Khalid has worked to create long-term initiatives that have improved the planning and development of public infrastructure. Middlesex County’s transportation system has seen considerable success under his leadership for many years, and now the entire State will benefit from his vast expertise.”
