Assembly Speaker Coughlin issued the following statement on the passing of longtime State Senator Anthony Bucco:
“Today, we mourn the passing of state Senator Tony Bucco. His collegial and civil approach to governing was always welcomed in the Statehouse. He was a true gentleman, a respected civil servant and staunch advocate for the people of New Jersey. He was a giant in the State Legislature. We will always remember him with respect and admiration. May God bless the Bucco family during this difficult time.”
