Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin (D-Middlesex) released the following statement on the passing of former Congressman for New Jersey’s second congressional district, William J. Hughes:
“I am saddened to hear the news of Congressman Hughes’ passing. His years of public service and advocacy for his constituency are a true mark of the legacy he leaves behind.
