“This raises a bigger question: what in God’s name is the SDA doing? As if stalling construction of previously approved new schools wasn’t bad enough, I continue to get information the SDA is failing to make emergency repairs to schools they are required to. The SDA has neglected to make close to $200 million in emergency repairs for hundreds of projects in the City of Newark alone…”
