(TRENTON) – Assembly Majority Leader Joe Cryan released the following statement Friday on Gov. Chris Christie endorsing the anti-worker politics of Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker:
“So now we know Gov. Christie supports the end of organized labor and collective bargaining.
“At least we now know the full truth about this governor – he favors the complete decimation of worker rights.
“Let there no longer be any doubt – Gov. Christie is not on the side of working class Americans, whether they be from New Jersey or elsewhere.
“This governor would rather side with out-of-whack conservative slogans than make the hard decisions needed to actually fix problems.
“Today is Black Friday for workers and working rights in New Jersey – vetoes of job creation bills and support for the end of worker rights.”
