Fire Safety in Large Residential Projects, Tougher Domestic Violence Penalties, Breastfeeding Rights, Identity Theft Protection, Internet Gaming at Horse Tracks & Expungement Reform Top Thursday Assembly Session

(TRENTON) – The Assembly meets on Thursday to vote on legislation to, among other things, improve fire safety in large residential projects, increase penalties for domestic violence in the presence of a child, expand civil rights protections to include breastfeeding, combat identity theft, allow horse tracks to be available for Internet gaming and reform the criminal record expungement process.
