AR122 reaffirms New Jersey’s commitment to reproductive freedoms
(TRENTON) — On the heels of its Women’s History Month celebration, the General Assembly today approved AR122, a resolution condemning the recent Alabama Supreme Court ruling in LePage vs. Mobile Infirmary Clinic, which poses a threat to a woman’s reproductive rights. Assembly Democrats are proud of our commitment to reproductive freedoms, including IVF.
The resolution was sponsored by Assemblywomen Lisa Swain (D-Bergen), Garnet R. Hall (D-Essex, Union) and Jessica Ramirez (Hudson).
