(TRENTON) – Assemblyman Tom Giblin (D-Essex/Passaic) released the following statement:
“After hearing about the commissioner’s lack of involvement in the plans to raid the reserves or change how the company operates, I’m concerned about the intentions and the motivations behind any legislation we may see.

The Horizon Foundation has demonstrated the company’s commitment to strengthening the health of our community. The Legislature should carefully review any proposal that would seek to change how the company operates or regulated to ensure that the stability and strength of the company is preserved.”
