(TRENTON) – Assembly Majority Leader Lou Greenwald issued the following statement on the signing of A-4111 into law:
“This is a major win for Atlantic City and all of New Jersey.
“We’ve been waiting for this day in New Jersey. Today we take a step forward in strengthening our economy by fueling new prospects through sports betting for Atlantic City casinos and our racetracks.
“The potential impact of this legislation will turn around the futures of our cities hosting gaming venues. We’re revitalizing the industry and spurring job creation. All of which will add up to a stronger, more viable New Jersey economy.”
