Greenwald & Eustace to Unveil Bill to Strengthen Auto Industry & Keep Tesla in New Jersey

(TRENTON)–New Jersey Assembly Majority Leader Louis Greenwald (D-Camden/Burlington) on Thursday will unveil legislation to strengthen the automobile market, promote innovation and keep Tesla in operation in New Jersey.
Greenwald will be joined by Assemblyman Timothy Eustace (D-Bergen/Passaic) and a senior official from Tesla, who will announce support for Greenwald’s compromise legislation.
The bill will strengthen New Jersey’s economy and promote innovation and entrepreneurship in the state.
In March, the Motor Vehicle Commission passed rules that would limit Tesla’s ability to compete in the New Jersey market.
