Assembly Majority Leader Lou Greenwald (D-Camden/Burlington) had the following published on The Record of Bergen County :
“Our plan is simple — it will benefit 95 percent of the state’s homeowners and many tenants with a 20 percent middle-class property-tax relief credit. Senior and disabled tenants would receive a 25 percent property-tax relief credit. Those earning $250,000 a year or less will receive up to $2,000 in property-tax relief, while senior and disabled citizens will receive up to $2,500…”
