On Friday April 27, Arbor Day, Assemblyman John S. Wisniewski (D-19) and Perth Amboy Mayor Wilda Diaz will present a lesson on the benefits of trees and why we celebrate Arbor Day to the K-4 students of the Richardson Elementary School in Perth Amboy. The lesson will include a demonstration on how students can plant tree seedlings using items found in a typical home. Following the demonstration Assemblyman Wisniewski and Mayor Diaz will join in presenting each of the students with a seedling tree to celebrate Arbor Day.
