Freiman to Showcase Art from Local Students, Announce New Art Scholarship

To recognize and celebrate the artwork of local students, Assemblyman Roy Freiman
(D-Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex and Somerset) will host the Hillsborough Township School District Art Recognition Program and introduce a new art scholarship.

“Our community is filled with gifted students who have a wealth of artistic talent,” said Freiman. “This art show is a wonderful way to showcase their creativity and nurture their future aspirations.”

The show will feature 16 works of art from students of the Hillsborough Township School District. Freiman also will introduce the new scholarship, which will be offered to two students annually who are involved in visual, performing, and/or digital arts. The show will be held from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in Assemblyman Freiman’s district office located at
390 Amwell Road, Suite 301, Hillsborough, NJ 08844.
