As part of National Financial Literacy Month, Assemblywoman Angela McKnight (D-Hudson) is partnering with Cross River Bank to present “Money Mondays” every Monday in April. Each session is dedicated to a different area of personal finance such as saving, investing, utilizing financial technology, goal setting and more. The events are free to the public and aim to provide the community with the foundation to become more financially independent.
Financial literacy in a digital age is the focus of Money Mondays on April 15. The session will cover the advantages and drawbacks for consumers in the new world of banking. Participants will learn the smartest ways to use technology for managing money.
The session will be held from 6-7 pm at Bethune Center, 140 Martin Luther King Drive, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305. For more information, please call the district office of Assemblywoman Angela McKnight at 201-360-2502.
