On Monday, the Assembly Military and Veterans’ Affairs and Assembly Environment and Solid Waste Committees will hold public hearings on two measures that would, respectively, extend the veterans tax deduction and support the use of electric vehicles in the state.

The Assembly Environment and Solid Waste Committee will hear testimony on A-4819, which would establish goals, initiatives and programs to encourage the use of plug-in electric vehicles. The panel will convene in Room 12, 10:00 AM.
The Assembly Appropriations Committee will also meet on Monday at 11:00 AM in Committee Room 11, 4th Floor, State House Annex. Its full agenda can be found here.
