The Assembly Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee will meet Monday to consider legislation aimed at increasing transparency in out-of-network health care costs.
The committee will meet at 10 a.m. in Committee Room 16 on the Fourth Floor of the State House Annex in Trenton.

A-952 (Singleton/Ciattarelli/Lagana)
“New Jersey All-Payer Claims Database Act”; establishes New Jersey All-Payer Claims Database and arbitration process for reimbursing out-of-network health care providers.
A-4444 (Coughlin/Schaer/Singleton/Lampitt/Spencer)
The “Out-of-Network Consumer Protection, Transparency, Cost Containment and Accountability Act.”
