Monday Assembly Agenda: Final Legislative Passage of School Bus Safety Measures & Ghost Gun Ban Bill

(TRENTON)- Banning undetectable or “covert” firearms and acting on six bills bolstering regulations for school bus drivers, and the safety of New Jersey’s student riders top Monday’s voting session agenda.

The Assembly will also take a vote on the measure needed to form the Select Oversight Committee that will investigate the handling of the recent sexual assault allegations against a former high-ranking Administration official.

Measures that would make sure residents are reimbursed for extra water testing and filters; designate a portion of I-195 in Mercer County for Senator Francis McManimon; establish the “New Jersey Autonomous Vehicle Task Force” and creates a commission to review life imprisonment sentences of juvenile offenders are also on the board list Monday.

The session is scheduled to start at 12:00 p.m. and will be streamed live at:
