Monday Assembly Session – Bump Stock Ban, Cooperative High Schools Sports Programs, Gold Star Parents & Protections for the Disabled

he Assembly on Monday will meet to vote on bills, including legislation to establish criminal penalties for sale and possession of bump stocks on firearms, require the state to allow cooperative high school sports programs, create a Gold Star Parent identification card and expand background checks for entities that provide services to individuals with disabilities.

The session is scheduled to start at 11 a.m.
