(TRENTON) – The Assembly Labor Committee will meet Monday to consider legislation strengthening protections against employment discrimination and promoting equal pay for women.
Also on tap: the Workplace Democracy Enhancement Act, which is designed to ensure labor unions are able to carry out their duties by having access to and being able to communicate with the employees they represent, and reconstituting the Joint Committee on Economic Justice and Equal Employment Opportunity.
