(TRENTON) — Assemblywoman Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-Mercer) issued a multimedia package Tuesday in which she criticized Gov. Christie and Republican’s proposed FY 2012 budget, for disproportionately attacking programs and funding that benefits working class families.

The multimedia package consists of a video of Assemblywoman Watson Coleman talking about the cuts and audio and a transcript of same.

The video can be accessed directly via our website — www.assemblydems.com — or by clicking here.

The audio file is available upon request.

A transcript of comments from Assemblywoman Watson Coleman follows:

Assemblywoman Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-Mercer):
“The Republican budget has the moral core cut out of it.

“I think that this whole budget is ideologically driven. I think this is all about a negative impact on those that have the least: working families; working poor families; elderly; disabled.

“I don’t think this budget gives two hoots about the quality of care and the length of life for people who have no other options. And it’s sickening.”
