(TRENTON) — Assembly Speaker Sheila Y. Oliver (D-Essex) and Senate President Stephen M. Sweeney (D-Gloucester) issued a multimedia package Monday detailing their proposal to cap salary arbitration awards at 2 percent for at least the next three years. The plan was endorsed by key mayors.
The multimedia package consists of a video of the news conference announcing the proposal, audio of same and a news release from the legislative leaders.
