Event will help answer questions and guide families to a plan that’s right for them
Assemblyman and Senator-elect Troy Singleton will host an informational session in Willingboro to help interested constituents navigate the often confusing process of signing up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.
The health insurance enrollment event and information session will take place on Sunday, Nov. 19, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at JFK Center, 429 John F. Kennedy Way, Willingboro, NJ.
“We know how vital health insurance is to working families and this already complicated process has only been made worse by the lack of assistance coming from the federal government,” said Singleton (D-Burlington). “We want to make sure that anyone in need of health insurance has all the resources and tools at their disposal to choose a plan that is best for them and their family. A healthier New Jersey means a stronger New Jersey and we are committed to that principle.”
During the event, residents can learn about health care options for 2018, hear the latest news on the Affordable Care Act, have questions answered about health insurance, and receive assistance in signing up for a plan that works for them.

The event is being co-sponsored by Singleton along with AmeriHealth New Jersey, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and The New Jersey Association of Health Plans.
