(TRENTON) – Speaker Craig Coughlin (D-Middlesex) released the following statement on the passing of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg:
“America has lost a trailblazer and an icon. Justice Ginsberg was relentless in her pursuit for equal rights for all Americans, and she leaves behind a rich legacy that will inspire generations to come. As a Justice she was imminently fair and just, always putting the law and U.S. Constitution before all else. As an advocate she was lionhearted, never hesitating to fight for what was right.
“My thoughts are with the Ginsberg family at this difficult time.”
