Speaker Craig Coughlin (D-Middlesex) issued the following statement Monday on the passing of Yolanda Egan, wife of Assemblyman Joe Egan:
“My wife Tish and I send our heartfelt condolences to Assemblyman Joe Egan and his family. Yolanda Egan was a wonderful woman, a loving wife and mother, and dear friend.
“We are saddened by her loss after her courageous battle, but are comforted that her memory will forever remain in our hearts. Our thoughts are with Joe and his family at this time.”
