(TRENTON) – Assembly Speaker Sheila Y. Oliver (D-Essex/Passaic) released the following statement Monday:
“While I have yet to read the bill that has been filed in the Senate, I continue to be engaged in ongoing discussions with all stakeholders on higher education reorganization.
“While much of my focus has been on higher education issues in the region of the state that I represent as an Assembly member, I am sure that all parties will continue to work toward creating a statewide higher education system that will benefit everyone.”
