Banning Sale of Dextro to Minors, Protecting the Elderly, Improving Amber & Silver Alerts, Combating Bedbugs, Clean Energy, Improving Property Assessment Appeal Deadline Notice & Exempting Holocaust Reparations from Legal Process Also on Tap

(TRENTON) – Prohibiting standardized testing in kindergarten through second grade, requiring parental notification of standardized testing, encouraging gleaning to feed the hungry, withdrawing New Jersey from the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor and banning the sale of a common but often-abused cough suppressant to minors highlight Monday’s Assembly voting session.
Protecting the elderly from exploitation, improving Amber and Silver alerts, combating bedbugs, promoting clean energy buildings, improving property assessment appeal deadline notification and exempting Holocaust reparations from the legal process are also on tap.
