(TRENTON) – Legislation to direct the state to forgive student loans in the event of a borrower’s death or disability, require infertility insurance coverage for same-sex couples, crack down on telemarketing fraud, improve testing for hepatitis C and the Main Street Economic Growth Act highlight Thursday’s Assembly committee hearings.
Legislation to allow pharmacists to seek approval to dispense alternative products in place of prescribed epinephrine auto-injector devices is also on tap.
