THE TIME NJ TRANSIT RIDERS COULD BE SAVING

(TRENTON) – Assembly Transportation Chairman John Wisniewski (D-Middlesex) on Monday noted the following time NJ Transit riders could be saving:

Thanks to more NJ Transit delays, riders on the Northeast Corridor line had 20 to 30 extra minutes and riders on the Pascack Valley Line had an extra 45 minutes Monday morning to contemplate Gov. Chris Christie’s 22 percent fare hike and his decision to cancel plans to build a new commuter rail tunnel under the Hudson River.
