Tucker Commends Late Belleville Mayor Kimble on Lifetime of Public Service

Assemblywoman Cleopatra Tucker (D-Essex) released the following statement following the passing of former Belleville Mayor Raymond R. Kimble:

“I want to extend my heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Raymond Kimble, as they mourn the loss of their loved one. I also want to acknowledge his efforts on behalf of the town of Belleville.

“For more than 50 years, Raymond helped protect and guide his fellow residents as a member of the police force, Chief of Police, township manager and eventual mayor of Belleville. He served in these roles with the hard work and integrity the public deserves from their leaders, which is why he was recognized and awarded by many different organizations throughout his career.

“Raymond may be gone, but his legacy will live on in the impact he made through a lifetime of public service for the town he loved.”
