(TRENTON) – The Assembly on Thursday will consider legislation to extend Urban Enterprise Zone programs, enhance protections for domestic violence victims by restricting access to firearms for abusers, improve homeless prevention efforts, grant drivers more time to resolve parking violations before having their license and registration suspended, require the state make quarterly pension funding payments and bar persons under age 18 from getting married.
Also on tap is legislation to boost aquaculture, assist identity theft victims, enhance the electronic waste management program, assist microentrepreneurs and improve the Sexual Assault Survivor Protection Act.
