Assemblywoman Pamela Lampitt (D-Camden/Burlington) discusses her legislation (A-3847) to better protect students by requiring institutions of higher education and proprietary degree-granting institutions to improve the transparency of tuition and fees. The bill was released Monday by the Assembly Higher Education Committee.
