Assembly Budget Chairman Gary Schaer (D-Passaic/Bergen) on Monday visited the Falstrom Company and announced plans to introduce legislation to promote apprenticeships as part of an effort to develop innovative ways to bring 21st century jobs to New Jersey.
Schaer was joined by U.S. Sen. Cory Booker and U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell. They toured the facility and held a roundtable discussion on vocational training, workforce development and manufacturing.
