Video: Singleton on Analyzing & Disclosing Investment Fund Investment Performance and Fees

Assemblyman Troy Singleton (D-Burlington) discusses his legislation to require analyses and reporting of the investment performance of pension funds and disclosure of fees paid to managers of funds in which the state invests pension funds.
The bill (A-4704) was released Monday by the Assembly State and Local Government Committee chaired by Singleton. The New Jersey pension system paid more than $659 million in fees to private fund managers in 2016 and has spent over $2.8 billion in 7 years.
