VITALE, COUGHLIN & WISNIEWSKI TO CONVENE PUBLIC HEARING TO GIVE RESIDENTS OPPORTUNITY TO EXPRESS OPINIONS ON CHRISTIE BUDGET PLAN

(19th LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT) – Senator Joseph F. Vitale and Assemblymen Craig J. Coughlin and John S. Wisniewski on Thursday announced they will hold a May 10 public hearing to give residents an opportunity to express opinions on Gov. Chris Christie’s budget plan.

Residents wishing to testify are encouraged to bring written testimony to be distributed to the Senate and General Assembly budget committees.

In the interest of time, speakers will be asked to talk for no more than 5 minutes.

Speakers will be called by the moderator to speak as per their arrival time and/or the subject, as the legislators hope to group speakers by subject matter as best as possible.

Lastly, speakers are kindly asked to keep their testimony focused on the proposed state budget.

The forum will be held at 6 p.m. in the auditorium of Woodbridge High School, 1 Samuel Lupo Place in Woodbridge.
