WAGNER WISHES CONNERS FAREWELL AS HE DEPARTS ASSEMBLY AFTER 14 YEARS OF SERVICE

Assemblywoman Connie Wagner (D-Bergen) released the following statement Friday following Assemblyman Jack Conners’s resignation announcement:

“Since one of my first days in the Assembly in 2008, Jack Conners was a friend and was always ready to lend his ear to discuss an issue. His kindness and sincerity were, and are, truly inspiring.

“Testifying before the Assembly Military and Veteran’s Affairs Committee was always a wonderful experience and we all know that Jack put the interest of active duty military, veterans, and their families above all else. He will be missed as a vital voice for the statewide military and veteran community in New Jersey, but will certainly be an asset to this community in Camden County.

“I wish him all the best in his new role.”
