Assembly Deputy Speaker John Wisniewski had the following published in the Daily Record :
“Assembly Democrats have come up with a plan that will deliver significant property tax reductions to more than 95 percent of New Jersey taxpayers. If our plan is implemented as we propose, it would also require significant legislative action to undo it in the future.
“In simpler terms, the average tax-paying homeowner would receive a property tax credit of approximately $1,552, using 2011 numbers…”
